DRIVE Roundtable: Riverfront Development

The history and economy of Minneapolis has been defined by the “Mighty Mississippi” River. The future is too. RiverFirst is a thirty-year park vision entering the second decade of implementation. Once completed, the Minneapolis park system will reconnect all neighborhoods to the river.  At May’s DRIVE Roundtable we will hear from Tom Evers, Executive Director of the Minneapolis Parks Foundation, about the vision for riverfront parkland, how improved public amenities can transform communities and key activities held on the river.
