ISSUES: We all have them. What are you going to do with them?

In this session, you will learn how to use the "Issues List" at all levels in your organization, allowing you to compartmentalize and prioritize all issues. In addition, you’ll benefit by creating an open and honest culture where people feel safe to speak the truth and voice their concerns. You will then use the Issues Solving Track to eradicate these issues. This powerful tool is an efficient way to identify, discuss, and solve your organizational issues in a lasting and meaningful way.

Andrea Jones, Certified EOS Implementer and Member of Speaker’s Bureau

Andrea Jones has over 15 years of experience helping people pursue their purpose, encouraging them to know themselves and thus be themselves. She has owned and operated multiple businesses in the Twin Cities including creating the most innovative fitness concept in the Midwest. She is passionate about working with small business owners as a Certified EOS Implementer and Kolbe certified coach.

Andrea collaborates with clients to build a compelling case for change and a detailed implementation roadmap. She teaches frameworks for clients to effectively manage EOS independently by the end of the engagement. She distills a culture of purpose, accountability, and discipline across leadership teams.
