This session will prompt you to step back and look at your overall structure. You’ll ask yourself hard questions about the way your business is organized. You’ll also learn the power of the Accountability Chart, as well as how to structure your company the right way while clearly defining the roles and responsibilities within your organization.
 

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:

Andrea Jones, Certified EOS Implementer and Member of Speaker’s Bureau

Andrea Jones has over 15 years of experience helping people pursue their purpose, encouraging them to know themselves and thus be themselves. She has owned and operated multiple businesses in the Twin Cities including creating the most innovative fitness concept in the Midwest. She is passionate about working with small business owners as a Certified EOS Implementer and Kolbe certified coach.

Andrea collaborates with clients to build a compelling case for change and a detailed implementation roadmap. She teaches frameworks for clients to effectively manage EOS independently by the end of the engagement. She distills a culture of purpose, accountability, and discipline across leadership teams.
