Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multilingual Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence by forging new partnerships and nurturing existing relationships within diverse communities. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, a strategic problem-solver, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Business Development & Relationship Management:
• Proactively prospect, contact, and engage with new and existing restaurants and retailers
through personal outreach, calls, and meetings.
• Forge and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, representing our brand with
integrity and excellence.
✓ Sales Execution & Deal Closing:
• Consult with prospective clients to identify pain points related to payment processing and Point of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Effectively present and demonstrate Retech’s product offerings, tailoring solutions to meet
specific client needs.
• Skillfully negotiate contract terms and overcome objections to secure mutually beneficial
agreements.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to finalizing contracts and closing deals.
✓ Customer Success & Team Collaboration:
• Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term
loyalty.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to drive collective
success.
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability while working towards and exceeding sales targets.
 
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Required: Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Chinese
(Mandarin/Cantonese), or Vietnamese.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and perform under pressure.
• High degree of professionalism and a track record of building trusted relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
