VISION: Where are you going, and how are you going to get there?

In this session, you will learn and use a tool called The Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO) to focus your people on one target and become like that laser beam. The tool simplifies strategic planning by distilling your vision into simple points that allow you to clearly define who you are as an organization, where you’re going and how you’ll get there.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:

Andrea Jones, Certified EOS Implementer and Member of Speaker’s Bureau

Andrea Jones has over 15 years of experience helping people pursue their purpose, encouraging them to know themselves and thus be themselves. She has owned and operated multiple businesses in the Twin Cities including creating the most innovative fitness concept in the Midwest. She is passionate about working with small business owners as a Certified EOS Implementer and Kolbe certified coach.

Andrea collaborates with clients to build a compelling case for change and a detailed implementation roadmap. She teaches frameworks for clients to effectively manage EOS independently by the end of the engagement. She distills a culture of purpose, accountability, and discipline across leadership teams.
